Ravenswood is a neighborhood located in the north side of the city in the Lincoln Square Community Area . Ravenswood is known for its courtyard-style residential buildings, quiet tree lined streets and the occasional antique store and local coffee shop. The Ravenswood community includes Ravenswood Gardens, Budlong Woods, Bowmanville, Ravenswood Manor and parts of Lincoln Square.  Ravenswood residents enjoy good transportation access, with the Brown Line spur running east-west across the center, bus lines on several major streets, and a Metra commuter railroad station.
